Position Overview

・Digital PR/E-commerce staff

This position involves communicating the appeal of the brand through social media, PR, and digital communication, with a focus on our own e-commerce site.
Working in collaboration with teams such as planning, sales, and production, I play a driving role in balancing the brand's worldview with the numbers.

Main business activities

E-commerce operations

・Update and manage our own EC site (new product registration, inventory, visual management)
・Planning and implementing seasonal campaigns
・Analysis of sales and access data and proposal of improvement measures

Digital PR and social media management

・Planning, managing, and reporting on social media posts (Instagram, LINE, etc.) ・Planning PR initiatives for new product launches and collections ・Directing and managing photography and video production ・Ability to write and copywrite in line with the brand tone (social media posts, newsletters, feature articles, product descriptions, etc.)
・Support for exhibitions, photography, events, etc. ・Information sharing and schedule management within and outside the team

Required skills and experience

・Practical experience in managing an e-commerce site or social media (experience in the apparel or D2C industry is preferred)
・Basic knowledge of digital tools (Shopify / Google Analytics / Meta Ads, etc.)
・Interest in fashion and visual expression ・Basic skills in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ・Ability to communicate within a team and adapt flexibly

Welcome Skills

・Experience planning and implementing PR/influencer initiatives ・Experience in video editing and filming direction ・Basic knowledge of web marketing and SEO ・Basic video editing skills

 Working conditions

・Employment type: Full-time employee (with trial period) / Contract employee
・Work location: VORT Nakameguro I 2F, 1-8-1 Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (within walking distance of Nakameguro Station)
・Working hours: Weekdays 10:00-19:00 (1 hour break)
・Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer, New Year's holidays
