On the other hand, all of Yoshiokubo's T-shirts are original. For example, the graphic that reads "Kubo Yoshio" in katakana was created by Yoshio Kubo's father, who is his calligraphy teacher.
"You don't write katakana in calligraphy, do you? Wouldn't it be interesting if it was on a T-shirt?" was the suggestion.
